FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically price jobs according to square footage, however, there are many factors that are taken for quoting accurate prices. I take into account if there is special stain/rust removal needed in addition to basic cleaning. If additional staining of wood is desired, that is added in accordingly. Electrical jobs determine how much material is needed and the current market pricing for those materials. I am happy to discuss pricing further with each client as every need differs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first touch base with them to discuss the work needed to ensure we are both comfortable with the needs, type of service, and the price. I work well with phone calls and text messages as well as emails. I never push products on any of my clients or try to add services that they do not need. I always follow-up with my jobs to ensure client satisfaction!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an Electrical Journeyman for over 7 years. I worked in General Construction for about 10 years with a family business. I am constant in my research and learning about the newest and safest cleaning chemicals for my Pressure Washing as well as obtaining my State Licensing.
