A great experience having found Nate through Thumbtack. I was lucky due to his prompt reply, I didn't have a fire from my circulating pool motor which was also on to run by a different pool cleaner who's service guy never called, and never showed up, THANK YOU NATE!!! I received a recommendation from Thumbtack on Tuesday, spoke to Nate an hour later and I couldn't meet Nate at the house, but that didn't stop Nate from coming through. I gave Nate the part number, and Nate arrived first thing in the morning with the right motor only to find the pool motor was on automatic and running burning hot. Nate was there, diagnosed the problem and used safety, installed the new motor, and checked everything was running before leaving. Now that's what I called SUPER great service, the price charged was as quoted, no surprises. I don't know how to thank Nate for his professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness which was nothing short of fantastic and Nate was there bright and early. I think there should be a sixth STAR up on top of this review, reserved just for NATE! Thanks again Nate
