- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new customer we make sure we reach out to you in order to verify all details and special requests for your reservation. We pride ourselves on providing as much detail about our services and what to expect during a reservation as possible. We want our customers to be as comfortable and informed as possible every trip with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20+ years driving experience with certified CDL drivers. We also have over a combined 30 years experience in customer service so we make sure we are well equipped to service our customers at the highest level of standard.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a party bus experience make sure you are aware of what to expect because although you may get a great price with a company you may very well be disappointed with the service. You don't want spoil your special occasion or event just to save a few dollars.
