- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Seiromem does not have a standard pricing system. At Seiromem we first assess the scope of work needed to make our client's event a success before providing a price. We understand our client's budget and work to make every event affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Seiromem we typically schedule a free initial consultation. During the consultation we discuss the details of the event and confirm what services the client needs. We explain what services we provide, and if needed what vendors we may need to hire to make the event a success. Finally, we discuss the client's budget, Seiromem's planning fee, and provide prior client references.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seiromem owner, Jessica Durr, has obtained her Associate in Applied Science in Administrative/Management Studies from Excelsior College. She received her Event Planner Certificate from IAP College. She has spent over 10 years building strong connections in corporate America's Insurance Industry. She values the customer service experience she has received over the years and uses that as the foundation for Seiromem.
