- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends solely on the size, overhead conditions and amount of visits preferred per month, however, there are customizable plans that meet your specific needs and budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer we like to schedule a time to come out and not only meet with the customer, but as well as give the pool a visual inspection, an accurate estimate and recommend a maintenance plan that fits the pool and the customers needs. Every pool is different!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in business management at FSU and received all of my pool certifications along with 10 years of experience in the field. It is definitely safe to say there is nothing we haven't encountered in the past and haven't been able to tackle!
