- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is customized so it’s impossible to just give an exact figure until after a consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask lots of questions then send out a project proposal detailing each feature. From there the client and I edit if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beside lots of life experience in food and beverage and managing a country club events for 3 years; I took American Academy of wedding professional course. Also my Marine Corp experience give me a can do attitude and I always strive for excellence.
