- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use special discounts for fixed customers without cancellations and customers who indicate our services. Cancellation fee is applied to customers who do not notify us in advance. Additional fees may apply if it is necessary to perform services that are outside our hiring schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We deliver exactly what the customer needs with a differentiated service for each special need. For this, a conversation is necessary before the first cleaning so that I can identify the type of jobs we should offer. Our cleaning goes far beyond just cleaning.
