- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is $75 if I fix it. If I can't I won't charge a penny.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a current graduate of Blackhawk Tech's Computer Service Program. This program has allowed me to extensively broaden my field of view in computers and gives me a better understanding of how they work and how to fix them
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started with my brother. He was an avid PC gamer while I was gaming on a laptop. He built me my first PC and I loved the performance that it had over the laptop. I then began to take things apart and looking at it. I always have had issues with computers and it was always a challenging task to fix them and fixing them was the greatest reward.
