- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for bi-weekly, and weekly cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer decides to hire me, we will schedule a day for a walk through, and cleaning. Some want same day walk through and cleaning, others we set up the most convenient day for cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No special training. Just childhood, managing my own home, researching product application and technique, and customer preference.
