- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate based on the service selected. Some services like Personal Shopping are billed by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Using our eight-step, home staging process we will walk through the home as a buyer would and assess first impressions. Working together, well stage an area of the home in order to give you a visual of how to transform spaces. At the end of this time, well go through the home with you and fill out our Linen & Bloom Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own. The Action Plan will detail the needed cosmetic improvements, paint recommendations, suggested accessory purchases, and details on what to do in the rooms that need further work. We can then help with a Half-Day or Full-Day Staging service where we will use our eight-step process to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase that goes a long way in updating each room of the home
