- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you sign up for a group class, after receiving your down payment, I'll immediately send you several files to go over, and a form to fill out about what your specific needs are. I make sure that I focus on everyone's needs, so that every question is answered. I spend a lot of time with the dogs themselves, so if you feel a question has not been answered completely, please feel free at the end of class to ask any pertinent questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bought several books, listened to many lectures and learned the SIRIUS method for training. I am in the middle of studying for certification through the CCPDT. I love to learn and keep up to date on the most current training methodologies, so that everyone benefits from hands-on practical knowledge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since I was very young, I have enjoyed working with the dogs my family had, and my passion has just grown!
