FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use the KISS method with our pricing. Keep It Simple... Well, you got the idea. Most window cleaners are going to price your home by the pane with a complex pricing system based on size, shape, type of windows, etc. I've tried pricing this way and it confuses even me. With our customers, we have easy to understand packages that lay out exactly what you can expect. With our packages, customers don't have to worry about the exact type of windows or the exact amount. Our packages cover windows in increments of 10 and you will tend to save up to 50% off on your window cleanings by going with our package pricing. Most people ask, but what if I didn't count my windows correctly? Any window above the quoted package will be added on a per window basis. Pressure washing is based on square footage of the home. Gutters are priced by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love getting to know new customers! New customers are the life-blood of a business and should be treated as such. Most businesses get straight to the chase. Which is good, but when did business become so, unpersonalized? We build relationships with our customers. Our goal is for you to remember not only the name of our business but our personal names. This is why the Owner doesn't have a separate phone number for business calls. The phone number you see above is his personal cell phone, and is available by phone during normal hours, and text at any time. To get started we like to get to know you and your home. We offer over the phone estimates all we need are pictures of the outside of your home. For a 100% accurate quote, we love to come out and see the home in person. This is our preferred option, as you get to put a face to the name and provides you with a more thorough understanding of who we are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Window cleaning isn't a hard skill to learn, but it's a difficult skill to master. Part of that mastery is never being the smartest person in the room. Once a skill is mastered and you become the smartest person in that room - its time to find a new room. With that said, we're members of the Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Resource Associations. Dedicated associations, that provide value and knowledge to their members using various resources such as yearly conventions, business systems, supplies, online forums, video tutorials and podcasts, and many more.
