Amanda is a special practitioner. She is engaged with her patients. I felt like the only thing that mattered to her was my well being. Anyone who has the opportunity to visit Amanda should treat themselves to a new level of well being.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will ask detailed questions about health concerns, health history, current symptoms, diet, & lifestyle. This will take 30-45 minutes. Insertion of needles is often painless, and any minor discomfort is momentary. Generally needles are retained 15/30 min.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Amanda Arendt hold a Masters degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with over 2,800 hours of classroom and in-clinic education as part of a three year accelerated Masters program. Western medical principles of anatomy, physiology, pathology, nutrition and pharmacology represent a significant amount of her education. Amanda has studied and practiced a wide variety of Chinese Medicine, she has extensive training in sports medicine and the treatment of trauma. Her specialties include: sports medicine and handmade-small batch, topical, herbal medicine.
