FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is priced custom. And as some jobs are seasonal and depend on the photographer's available time can make a difference as well. There is also differing charges for access to the images for use as the client wishes or the ability to purchase the prints they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation and talk about the clients tastes and vision. It should be a creative collaboration that makes you happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a graphic design degree from the University of Kansas that translated into a photojournalism job right after I graduated. I did that for 2 years and eventually started SNAP in 2003 and opened the studio in 2004 in KCK. I've been there ever since and shot hundreds of families, kids and couples, as well as pets ; )
