- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a quote, that is based on the information available. Sometimes with windows there are other factors such as; storm windows, divided/French panes. These can alter the quoted price if not mentioned. However if that is not the case I will always honor my quoted price, there are no “hidden fees”. I also have discounted prices for certain conditions; 15% Off your next service if you book within the next year. 15% Off for any referrals you give. 20% Off your next Service if you book within the next 6 months. Occasionally I will offer other discounts so make sure to keep your eye out for them!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s pretty simple really! After we schedule the job, I will come by at the time agreed with the customer (we believe punctuality is a lost art in our industry). I’ll introduce myself and ask them to give me a walkthrough or the job and discuss any needs or concerns they may have. Then it’s off to work! After finishing I will do a final review with the customer (with gutter cleaning this includes showing pictures to make sure they can see it has been done).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this industry, the best training you can get is just working on the job. As I mentioned before I have worked along with my dad ever since I could remember. Also I have worked with several other window cleaning companies for the past several years.
