- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering a special right now through the end of February 2018. The Charmer package for the price of $595 (with a non-refundable deposit of $150 due at time of booking). The package includes: one videographer, full-day coverage, 3-5 minute highlights video, choice of one song, and digital copy of video. The unedited footage is not included but can be purchased for additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it’s most informant to start taking about their needs and their budget. After we get those two areas worked out and we have a scheduled video shoot, I will send my client a contract so we both know what our responsibilities are as the service provider and as the customer. Additionally, I will send a document containing a series of questions regarding the wedding and preferences on what type of footage to capture, etc, that way the client’s opinion is being heard and we can make the vision become a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Andrea graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2016 with her degree in Digital Media Production. She has worked in both the news industry, as well as higher education, where she’s learned to produce, shoot and edit various video projects in different environments.
