FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We appreciate the opportunity to give you a quote on the services you need performed! We have been in the home improvement industry for 23 years and pride ourselves on our honesty, our "no-excuses" dependability policy, superior workmanship, and fair pricing guarantee. We do not take shortcuts and in fact tend to go above and beyond what is expected. We do whatever it takes to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied! We prefer to visit the job site in person before offering a solid quote as there are usually many variables in what the job will entail, and a sight-unseen estimate can often go up (or down). If you would allow us the opportunity to give you an in-person estimate we would be more than happy to schedule it as soon as possible. We guarantee a complete, no-pressure, no-cost consultation and look forward to hearing from you and earning your business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our work process begins with setting up a phone consultation to get an idea of the scope of the job the customer needs done. Upon customer agreement, we set up an appointment for an on-site estimate where we will discuss in detail the work to be done, take any needed measurements, and review all available options that will meet the customer's needs and specifications. More often than not we can offer a solid bid at this time, but some jobs may require an extra day or two so that we can accurately figure in any out-of-the-ordinary material costs so there are no surprises. Once we have been hired, we show up at the home at the scheduled time and complete the job as promised.
