- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. Our base prices are set per square foot or linear foot to ensure that we are providing a fair value to all of our customers. Although our quality of work is superior in our industry, our prices are set below the average price. We believe in passing the savings along to our customers and building long lasting relationships. We do offer a price match if you can provide us with an official quote from any competitor. This is not only because we want your business, but because we truly believe that our service is the best and we want our community to benefit from the hard work we put into being exceptional at what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Carefully read and listen to our customers request to form a good understanding of their initial ask. 2. Engage with the customer to explain our process and schedule a site visit or do a virtual assessment of the specifics of the project. 3. Provide an itemized estimate with detailed explanation of the work to be completed, all discussed terms and conditions including timeline and expected completion date. 4. Once the job starts, we respect the terms of the engagement for access to the site. For all of our projects on vacant properties we supply a Realty Door Key Lock with a secure combination that we only share with the owner and the staff working on the project. 5. We communicate very well throughout the project, provide status updates, and seek confirmation on any aspects of the project we need clarification on. 6. We do a full walk through with the customer before invoicing the project for payment to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied and excited about the results and that there was nothing missed or not up to the level of excellence we guarantee. 7. Kindly ask for a review of our service and go over the final invoice with the customer for the payment. We accept checks, credit cards, cash and cash equivalent (money order, certified check). Credit card payments are subject to an additional fee charges to us by the processing service. For projects over $10,000 we prefer certified cashiers checks.
