- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am competitive with the large online vendors and can price match most of them, with the added benefit to you of a personal connection in this sometimes impersonal world.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before just throwing numbers at you, I like to talk/text/email and get to know what YOU are looking for in your vacation, It's easy to throw out numbers, I want your vacation to match you. I love to travel and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as I do so it's important to me to know what you're looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am part of a multi-agent group with decades of combined experience to call on. If I don't have the answer for you, I can and will get it. Training in this field is ongoing and I attend events ( online and in person) as often as I can to stay current.
