- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All sessions include what the client and engineer can accomplish in that session. That includes tracking, mixing, and mastering. We require a non-refundable $30 deposit for 1-3 hours of studio time to schedule a session with our engineers/producers. 1 hour: $50 2 hours: $70 3 hours: 90 3-9 Hours: $30/HR 10 hour block: $280
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients have three options for scheduling their session time slot: Call Us Book Online (We’ll reach out to you after you book) Visit Us At Our Location Clients have three options for securing their session time slot: Pay full session price online using our simple “Book Now,” buttons below. Send us the session deposit using your preferred mobile app: Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Paypal, Pay your session deposit in-person 3 days before your intended session. Clients should plan on bringing the following to their session: Flash Drive With Music Information about your song (i.e. Beats-Per-Minute, Key Signature, Time Signature) Notes about how you want your music/voice/instrument to sound. Here are some best practices to make the most of your session: Communicate your expectation with the engineer/producer (i.e. how many songs you’re looking to get completed, how you want your voice to sound) Arrive 10 minutes early to your session. Bring bottled water.
