- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my pricing will be up front. There will be NO hidden fees. As far as providing discounts; staying competitive in this business is difficult. When opportunity's arise, I will offer ANY discount I can. Just know I will give great service at a fair price for as long as you own your pool.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do like to meet with any new customer before service is started. That way I can get an idea of Their expectations and of course their individual preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years in the field/at the counter/behind the scenes. I have worked in most aspects of the pool industry.
