The owner (Ospicio of Kevin's Painting) came out and gave me a bid on the job and I accepted. They power washed the house. I waited about 2 days before they came back to scrape old caulking and put new caulking on. Next they put on a coat of primer on our house. They came the next day and put on a coat of high quality paint. The next day they put the second coat on. The following day they arrived and did all the trim.
It was absolutely beautiful! It has been seven years since our house was painted, we are a southern exposure house and it still looks as good as it did the day they finished. I never saw anyone work as hard as these three painters did. I always tell people about this company. I watched other houses get painted in our neighborhood and none do as much prep work as our painters did. The owner told me that the prep is what makes a great paint job. He must know what he is talking about as our paint looks better than any other house in the subdivision! Ospicio is also
extraordinary to work with. He not only gave us a great price, he also took care of all the little things including paint acquisition. He was very patient with my initial color and finish indecisiveness. The work is so polished and professional. Best paint job we've ever had!

Painting, remodeling. They honestly have some of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Literally couldn't recognize the same place after they were finished. They are very professional in their working and taking their jobs very seriously

Outstanding job. Priced fairly. Felt very comfortable leaving the house unattended with the crew. They always made sure my gates were closed as to not let out my dogs. Will definitely use again!

Excellent and prompt communication, attention to detail, cleans up after work is completed, listened to what we asked and met our needs, finished work on time! I have referred them to many of my real estate clients too. I have used Kevin's painting and team for two of my personal homes. Dependable and trustworthy too, both times I was not present while the work was completed!!
