- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Parts are priced as what I can get them retail for. Labor is priced as $25 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to be as informational and upfront as possible while explaining the process as simplified as I can so my customers feel a sense of assurance in the quality of work being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out taking classes to be a computer support specialist, which led me into taking courses for cyber security.
