Between the flooding earlier in Houston and traveling to the country, I've had three properties redone this year. Dave is by far the professional person I've worked with. He is honest, through, and takes pride in his all he does. He never failed to communicate with me which is why I hired him. The paint job on my townhouse well exceeded my expectations, and I can't stop looking at pretty it is! I believe Dave is one of the few people who truly loves his job, and the finished product reflects that. I only wish I had found his company sooner. Highly recommended.Nov 15, 2016Verified
Dave and his team were awesome in every way! Their work is spectacular, very prompt, courteous, and professional. Also very neat and organized as they work.Feb 10, 2018Verified
Dave did a great job! He even did some touch ups he found, going above and beyond! I would highly recommend this professional!Feb 8, 2018Verified
I had part of my home redone. The quality of the workers was great but the problem came after the job was done. The workers came to my home and told me they had not been payed for the work from the owner I would tell anyone who hires this company to make sure the workers are getting paid as the owner seems to cheat them out of some of their pay. Also make sure you get every price in writing If you add extra work make sure you get it in writing as the owner will just tell you he will square it up at the end then try to hit you with a outrageous price. Use caution.Nov 15, 2017VerifiedDavid C.'s reply
In reply, I don’t feel it’s good practice provide a rebuttal. If a client is less than satisfied, I respect that. However, there is another side to the story. I’m happy to discuss that privately.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on many variables including surface preparation, specialty finishes, size and condition of the space, and special equipment requirements. Having said that, there are standard calculations that go into each estimate. Interior jobs of any real size (not just a wall or a room) are based upon a square footage calculation with accessories (doors for example) added. Exterior work is a simple time and materials estimation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, an extensive discovery phase to understand the client's specific needs. Communication is key, as are the details. Once the project is underway, progress reports on a daily basis help keep expectations aligned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My background is in Corporate Human Resources.I have extensive experience working with contractors myself in the trucking business, and as a Human Resources manager - not only painting experience. I bring a different perspective to this business.
