- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to give our costumers and potential costumers the best value with he highest of quality of service. We try to offer competitive prices and prices below the recommended price. We offer various discounts for recurring cleaning after the initial service, and we also offer discounts to newly mothers and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get the information, discuss the service needed and send a quote, while answering a question that may arise, we normally tend to not do any estimates, based on the information that one submitted we give a fair price, if we realize that the job will take longer than expected we let you know before we begin and ask if we should proceed, but this rarely happens. If your are away from your home you can leave us a key, code, and we let you know when we are about to arrive and when we are finish. Hiring a cleaning company can be scary process in finding someone you can trust to do the job right. That's why we offer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your service we will go the next day and fix the issues, it hasn't happen but feel safe that you will receive the best cleaning service and we'll leave your home sparkling clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through extensive interviewing we hired the most qualified individuals to work with us. They are very knowledgeable in techniques, cleaning brands, homemade cleaners and much more. We also provide our own training curriculum to standardize our cleaning workflow to ensure all cleaners know what to do and ensuring the cleaning meets your standards and demands.
