Introduction: I am a trained, lifelong Chef with nearly 40 years experience, Hotels, Country Clubs, Convention Centers, Restaurants, I have done it all! From Chicago to Peru, I have cooked for everybody from Presidents to helping feed the homeless in shelters. My wife and I provide a fun, friendly, professional atmosphere to wherever we are serving.
