- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is by the square footage of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the customer calls to schedule an inspection. At that time we talk about what to expect and set a date. Then they get an email with 2 links in it where they can electronically sign the pre-inspection agreement and pay for the inspection. Customers often come to the inspection as well. They are welcome to be there or to not be there. Either way, when the inspection is complete we call the customer to talk about our findings and are always available for follow up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the state of Tennessee and have completed training with our association InterNACHI, the world's largest home inspector association. As well, we trained with AHIT and IAC2 for more home inspector training, but also to get certified in mold and radon testing.
