Im sorry this gentleman has responded to my company in this way. We was very professional with him. He even offened the Hispanic in our crew with a racial comment. My company done as he asked an made the garage as he requested. He really low balled my company an then started to change things after the contract was sign. Which costed me more money then i should have been putting in. I ended up paying out of pocket for this job. I also have the pictures of his garage showing there is nothing wrong with his garage. He was very unprofessional an rude with my workers as well with me. Im sorry he felt that way but i can guarantee anyone that we was professional an done as he requested an in the end he was not happy with anything we done. We cleaned up an removed all garbage and concrete. This was just one of those customers you just have to smile say thank you an may God bless you. We have never had anyone complain about our work or be unsatisfied until we met him. But we still kept polite shaked his hand an said thank you no matter how much he insulted us an impolite he was. Also when the job was finished we asked him was he satisfied an at that very moment he shake his head an said yes it looks great. We also kept him informed an asked him questions through out the job. Therefore if something did not turn out the way he wanted that was not our fault we done our part as a contractor. Kept him informed an asked him along an through out the whole job.
