They replaced our gutters, put on a new roof (including installing new attic fans), stripped and stained our deck, replaced attic insulation, painted exterior, and are currently doing our bathroom. Each time the costs were laid out, and possible problems discussed. When any issues were found, they were documented (pictures), and any additional costs were reasonable."See more

He gave great options to my ideas for renovating a half-bath into a full bath, knew applicable codes and gave feedback on value to the house on possible changes/choices. He improved every room he touched so that it looks and functions so well, like a new house. He accommodated requests like full width-of-bath niche and made it look great, better than I envisioned! He extended the entrance to the new full bath and made it look like it was original to the room, leaving fully functional original closet doors for remaining closet. He repaired one garage door and installed a second including electrical. He clearly explains the extent of his comfort zone in renovation and when to hire another craft. The tile work, trim, bath & vanity installs in small area look like they were made for the space, not cramped like previously installed. Example - Ivan completed all electrical upgrades I needed (new and modified electrical in full bath renovation and half-bath conversion to full bath, add GFCIs, install dimmers, pull electrical for new garage door opener, etc but let me know when he would call in an electrician for next Project for converting a room over the garage to a full one-bedroom apartment. The 'before' photos in the small blue bath show how he converted a toilet space into a lovely shower, converted 1/3 of my closet into a new spacious toilet area from wasted space in the closet behind the door. The new tub in the main bath replaced a one-piece dated surround and cabinet with modern tall tub and updated lights and faucets, plus adding exhaust fans in attic. so functionality and esthetics upgrade all in one! Thanks again Ivan - just thrilled and already planning two more projects - kitchen renovation and room to one-bedroom apartment renovation!"See more
