The lift was delivered promptly, in time for my pending knee replacement surgery. We purchased the lift about five years ago and are pleased with the model selected. 101 Mobility has serviced the lift 2 or 3 times and appointments are easily and timely scheduled. We were most pleased with our recent service technician Jonathan R. He was very pleasant and VERY SKILLED and went out of his way to service and stabilize the lift. We would recommend this company and hope to have Jonathan as our service tech for future service needs."See more
