My husband and I contacted Brothers Ross because we wanted to finished our basement, enclosing our garage, opening the staircase to upstairs and giving our home a more upstairs and downstairs feel vs a basement and house feel. I needed a laundry room built, and also wanted to have my kitchen tiled and back deck expanded. It took us a while to get in contact with someone. We had to call a few times over the span of two weeks to get a call back but got in contact with Andrew and set up a time for him to come out and give our house a thorough look-over so we could get a pretty accurate quote. Andrew came out about a week after we got him on the phone and was very detailed and gave great suggestions on what would and wouldn't work which we appreciated. He came out on a Wednesday and told us he would try to have us a quote by the weekend or first thing Monday morning. It never came so we figured Andrew was super busy with another job so we gave it an additional five days and gave him a ring to check up on the progress of the quote. My husband called him and felt like Andrew didn't even remember who we were. We got "oh yeah, the basement remodel.." so basically we felt like we were forgotten. So we were hoping maybe he would have the quote after we reminded him we were still waiting on pins and needles to get this started, because I did make it pretty clear that we were needing to have this done ASAP because we were also having fencing installing and the house painted. Well, it's been almost an additional three weeks since that reminder phone call and we still haven't gotten a phone call, quote, "I'm sorry..", just nothing.. we're very upset and disappointed. We've decided at this point to not even remodel our basement this year. I'm not sure why we received such poor customer service, but when a customer, and a customer who is going to be paying into the tens of thousands of dollars, can't even receive a call back.. that's a MAJOR red flag. I got on Thumbtack today to look into starting another project and ran across Brothers Ross page and see that Andrew's team has completed a remodel job in the recent weeks and we feel blown off and basically like our job wasn't important enough to take on. Maybe in a few years we'll try again with another company.
