- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system that is on par with authors and veteran speakers, but I am willing to negotiate if clients can pay for travel and lodging depending upon the distance.

I would love to have a conversation to understand the needs or requests of my potential client because I want to make sure to placate their specific needs and interests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10+ years of management/leadership experiences. I also have over 10+ years in public education and higher education. I have a doctorate's degree in management and a PhD in hospitality management, and I have published research on emotional intelligence, transformational leadership, soft skills, mentoring, education competencies, and diversity. I have also published a bestselling book about my mental transformation: From Thug to Scholar: An Odyssey to Unmask my True Potential. I am also a certified hospitality educator and competent communicator from Toastmaster's international.
