Introduction: As one of my students, you will learn anything and everything about not only guitar playing but Music as a whole. I not only teach proper guitar technique but I dive right into Music Theory giving you the know-how to adapt everything we learn into a variety of situations. Music lessons by Lou is not just another "memorize the dots" approach. You will thoroughly understand what you're playing and how and why chords and melodies contrast each other the way they do. My goal as a teacher is to prepare you for the "JAM", allowing you to express yourself freely and creatively with your music rather than being confined to a couple songs. We will cover all the bases to say the least. Above all that, I completed my two years at the Musician's Institute in Hollywood, and am certified in Guitar performance.
