- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Knowing your budgets helps a lot. We like to work within our clients desired budgets when we can, but we always maintain quality and high standard work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get an idea of what services and products you need, your color/theme/style of your event, and what your vision is. From there, we work to create an initial proposal. It is important to chat with you on the phone or Zoom/Facetime to iron out details and get to know each other! Our design process is meant to be as custom to your needs as possible.
