When i began NLL i was fimiliar with affirmations and journaling , after NLL it's my go to ! The modules in place flow and work together , a nice building block with enough time to use those skills just acquired in the lessons to come. I personally loved the mirror work, that's where I found the most impact and evolution for my path. Heather was wonderful to talk with and learn from , she always communicated from a personal level which made doing this work much kinder and a gentle process. Self care is something I once mistakened for the 'weak hearted' and now, knowing Heather and going on this journey I have found self care is the work of some of the strongest willed hearts around. Thank you Heather, For shining light on how to become more self-aware, compassionate and peaceful on the inside by creating such a great module to share in these days of self discovery .. and making it such a fun experience.

Working with Heather was an amazing experience. She pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. She helped me to be more brave and build my confidence in myself. I definitely recommend her as a coach!
