- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to work with my clients on what will best suit their situation. As a seasoned real estate professional I completely understand the different situations of my clients, the market, and the process of selling different style homes in different locations. Clients will feel at ease and know I am only compensated when they are happy and the job is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For A Buyer: It takes time, patience, and energy to buy a home, and at times, the process can seem overwhelming. When you hire a knowledgeable real estate agent, you invest in a trusted source that works on your behalf and guides you through the entire sales transaction. For A Seller: Selling a property is a big decision and one that requires time, energy, and a vast knowledge of the real estate market, especially in today's market. In order to find the right buyer at the right price, you need a solid marketing strategy, a variety of resources, and persistence – qualities found in an accomplished real estate agent. Not only will I market your property, I will guide you through the process, offer solutions, and assure top dollar.
