- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing due every job being different from the last. We try diligently to provide a honest service everyday to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always consult with the customer first to understand what they are truly wanting or needing. We then turn our efforts helping them achieve their goal and build a lasting business relationship
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of being a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), we have 20 plus years of repairing and replacing doors and windows in the Houston area.
