Grayson is one of the friendliest and easiest people to work with, but also one of the most capable and qualified. Not only is he quick to set-up and get you started on a session, but he is also honest about helping you make whatever you are working on the best it can be. For my own project, he has helped me on multiple occasions, ranging from suggestions on how to deliver a song to match the mood or ways to bring out the best performance I can. He has a really good ear for arranging and mastering, and has a wide range of talents, whether it be performing, recording, or instructing. He can definitely get the job done how you want it. TL;DR He's the best. Super talented. Great hair.

Grayson has been a driving force for multiple projects that we have worked on for 3 years now. From when I first met him he was willing to work with someone who had no experience in recording. What I appreciate the most is that he will find ways to incorporate your ideas into a track on the fly to see if it aligns with your vision, even if that is passing vocals through a filter to make them sound like the AI in a cell phone. He has also been supportive in the recording process in teaching me breathing techniques, elaborating on my annunciation, how to work with my rhythm and timing to get full takes, and found harmonies for me on the spot. Since I have started composing and producing my own music, his knowledge on band frequencies and song structure has been zero to none on pushing me further to get better. Grayson is an overall pleasant person to work with and I hope to continue working with him on future projects!

Look for someone who will be a good fit for your needs as a musician AND as a person. A big part of your personal growth is finding a someone who has the technical knowledge/experience, as well as the personality to help you grow and enjoy your collaboration.
