Introduction: Reiki and energy work is involved in all we do at YOurGA. We start one on one to personalize a safe yoga practice for each individual. This practice can be taken thru the Yoga Chakra Series which allows for an energy clearing and balancing. Following the completion of the Chakra Series, clients are eligible to be attuned to Reiki I. Then yogis can join in all of our Reiki YOurGa classes where individuals self Reiki during held asanas, for extra bursts of clearing and balancing. Smell, sight, sounds, and all the elements are involved in each session. Personal reiki healing without yoga is also available. I love being able to offer the tools ,that I never had, to relieve anxiety, depression, and stress. Working from our energy system and mind outward to rebalance the physical structure of our bodies, allows for an expansive new way of breathing, meditating, and healing. Healing others with the sequences and tools that have helped me overcome my own physical and auto immune dysfunctions, means the world to me :)
