- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just a flat fee and if for some reason I cannot fix it I will not charge you for my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call the customer and discuss any other information that I might need to complete the task. I will also give them my name so they can look and see more about me if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just your typical hands on experience for years.
