- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to check on local prices other contractors average charging in the area. Then figure the highest and lowest prices. Then give a figure to the homeowner that's reached due to work wanted and the time it will take to get their project finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go over all the customer wishes to get done. Understanding that everyone has different tastes. And whatever they want done, envision how I think their project will turn out. Let them know any issues that may be a problem or to costly . How long their project should take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
mostly by being an apprentice for years under some of the best tradesman in the Business. From electricians, plumbers, framing and finish carpenters. I was blessed to work with good people that were able to show me the ends and outs of their craft.
