Introduction: I specialize in healthy living combining personal yoga instruction as well as plant based (vegan) cooking to help my clients. I can provide private or group yoga classes, meal prep, cooking lessons and small intimate events. I have my RYT-500 yoga certification and currently teach classes all over OC. I am also a certified health supportive chef and have worked at retreat centers, on retreats and in clients homes.
I love making people feel good and assisting them on their individual journey to complete wellness, it's that simple! I help people work with their bodies instead of against them, the results are amazing and keep me inspired to do this work. I love my job because I am giving to others the knowledge that was given to me.
