These guys were great! I was looking for a few more stars because 5 stars are not enough.
They showed up on time, brought the tools they needed with them, were respectful/well mannered and they charged a flat rate. The issue was found immediately by them. I needed this fixed that same day the manufacturer did not offer a replacement for that part (only offered a new very expensive piece) and the piece was nowhere to be found. At this point anyone would have just left and charged us the money, but not them. They went above & beyond and built a custom piece on the spot that fit perfectly and was the perfect substitute. They saved us time and money. I was glad to pay them for their time.
It’s been a few days and things are working better than ever. So glad I found Ultimate Appliance’s RJ and Marcelo. Won't hesitate to call them again if any of our appliances need any TLC.
