What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An important part of our business strategy is to be easy to do business with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder of Lawn Rescue has over 10 years of experience in lawn maintenance and even more in customer service.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Colt McCarty and I founded Lawn Rescue initially to supplement my wage as a local firefighter. It is very common for firefighters to run small businesses on their days off. In doing so, it did not take me long to realize how ridiculously competitive lawn care is. With so much competition I was not sure how I would ever be able to break into such a saturated market but I quickly found a secret recipe for success. My secret recipe is simply; offer quality services at fair prices and treat every single customer with respect, dignity, and honesty.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a company that is insured and guarantees their work. Insurance is designed to protect the homeowner just as much as the business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is the professional I am hiring licensed and insured, so I am protected?
Is the professional I am hiring dependable and quick to respond to my requests?
Is the professional I am hiring easy to do business with?
Does the professional I am hiring look, communicate, and act like a professional?
