From the beginning call, I had a positive feeling about her. Her conversation was professional and personal. She answered my questions and we both were comfortable enough to set a date for the work to begin. We did not feel a pre-date was necessary. She called me the night before to confirm ,as I had requested. On the morning she arrived, she was prompt, arrived with a smile, a positive attitude, a desire to get done what I wanted done. She was thorough, and timely, and worked with little instruction. We enjoyed a brief get-to-know each other time and then went on about our day. We set a time for December with the understanding, there was always room for flexibility. I look forward to many days ahead with Carolynne. I highly recommend her, as I have had 2 before who did not even come close to the professionalism of this hard-working, get-it-done lovely lady! It's a please to know you, Carolynne. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've just "reopened" my business after moving to Lakeland. I am able to price by the hour or by the job. I'm reasonable and will do a great job for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting the customer the day of the clean. It's especially important for recurring customers to be comfortable with me as I'm in their homes on a regular basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in the restaurant industry for many years. One of the most important aspects of a restaurant is cleanliness. I'm proud to say I've worked in some wonderful, very clean restaurants.
