Almeida Const repaired a 30 year old deck that was made from solid materials but was settling due to poor footings and other original builder design flaws. They analyzed the problem, found the reasons for deck pulling away then installed new materials, added new support,dug holes and poured new concrete footings, pushed deck and stairs back tight to foundation. Found cost savings by not replacing and reusing still good original materials. The work was done for less than I had thought it would cost and they explained what was to be done then did exactly what was promised without delay. My deck is now solid and good for another 30 years !
