Some movers that I have used in the past, promise one thing and deliver another, including asking for more money. This was not the case with my experience with Richard at Discount Moving. He conducted an in home assessment, an estimate, a copy of his license and insurance documents. Discount Moving is a company that I trust will live up to its promise to deliver quality service at a reasonable price. The movers who did my move were efficient, polite and displayed a strong work ethic. My move was accomplished in 3 hours and there was no damage to any of my belongings. If I move again, Discount Moving will be only moving company I will use. I strongly recommend this company.

They didn't hook up my washer and dryer. They wouldn't take boxes that didn't have tape on the top.

I advised the customer during my in home survey prior to the move that we could not take boxes that had open tops because contents would spill out and they were not able to be stacked in the truck. My men took a few of her boxes that were open but had to leave the rest. They said no problem. There were 3 adults supervising the move and one of the males told my men to put the washer and dryer into the garage and they would handle it since there was already a washer and dryer hooked up in the laundry.

Crew came right on time. Because they were not busy, they sent 4 men instead of 3. In one hour our 2bed 2ba apt was loaded on their truck. Would recommend Discount moving and would use them again.
