FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we customize our programs to fit each person's needs, we do not have a standard pricing system. It wouldn't be fair to submit a quote and then have to alter it due to the expectations and amenities that go with the package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a in-person or phone call consultation. This allows me to get a better feel for what the client's needs are and what their vision is, and how I can assist them. We put together a customized menu (for meal planning, parties, corporate or even cooking classes) that they feel comfortable with, and one that we feel will be successful for their overall goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a part of opening up several restaurants in the past, both family friendly and high end. I was a corporate trainer and head line cook and sous chef at the age of 19 at one point, before starting culinary school and eventually passing up that opportunity because the skill sets they were teaching didn't fit my style. I have lived all over the world and been to many places for both business and pleasure, while having the opportunity to study different cuisines and refine my culinary POV to something that suits me.
