FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see my website for my standard packages and pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I encourage new clients to visit my website to see my past work. Additionally, I have an embedded link to Pinterest for some other photo ideas that caught my eye. In either case, I want my clients to have a strong sense for the look they're going for. The next step is a meeting...at a coffee shop, at home, or over the phone if necessary, to answer some initial questions and get everyone on the same page. The last thing I want is to show up for a photo shoot just to find out that the client had different expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only formal classes I've taken were some digital editing classes at Tulane University. Most of my ability comes from years of reading, practice, and critique. Let me be frank...I am not your average Joe who buys a fancy camera and thinks that makes him a photographer. I've spent years crafting my lighting, composition, and style, and you will notice the difference when you see examples of my work.
