- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we offer a wide range of services we can provide you with a price sheet and description of the job that will be custom to fit your needs to the best of our knowledge. Since all jobs are site unseen we must charge an hourly rate with hourly minimums per sq.ft. on cleaning and packing jobs. The job price will be priced per hour from start to finish. If time permits a pre- walk through can be done to ensure a better estimate. Moving and Organizing prices varies per number of people needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask for a detailed list of the job description and send a price sheet and description back that will best fit your needs. We will contact you to answer any questions you may have or add any final details to the order. Then we will contact you the day before the service is scheduled and be there the next day ready to work. We will supply any materials needed and give you fast and friendly professional service. We will do all the services needed to make sure you have a great experience with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Business and have been in the cleaning business for 10 years. I have been cleaning for 35 years often going with my grandmother as she cleaned houses for extra side money. I figured out a fast and efficient way to pack and move as well and feel that I am extremely fast and efficient. I have been able to alien myself with a team that feels the same about the cleaning and moving industry as I do. Together we have created a company to be proud of.
